One inbox for every request your vet clinic gets
Refill requests, records transfers from other clinics, pet insurer questions and the steady stream of new-client emails. FutureMail gives each one an address on your clinic's domain and a shared inbox the whole team can work from.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for veterinarians
Every request seen, whoever's on shift
Route appointments@ and hello@ to one shared mailbox. Morning and evening staff see the same threads, so nothing waits for the one person who read it.
Records transfers that don't go missing
Give records@ its own mailbox, search by pet or owner name, and know that attached PDFs from unfamiliar clinics are virus-scanned before anyone opens them.
Room for a second clinic or brand
Domains are unlimited, so an emergency hospital or mobile service with its own name can live in the same account with its own addresses.
Vets, techs and CSRs at one price
Bring in every veterinarian, technician and client service rep for $20/month in total. Relief vets don't cost a seat.
Practice managers stay in control
Owner, admin, developer and viewer roles decide who can change settings, and an audit log shows who invited whom or changed a domain.
Owner details stay yours
Pet owners trust you with their contact details. FutureMail never sells your mail, never uses it for ads and never uses it to train AI models.
Agent-ready
Let an assistant work through the queue
Route an address like refills@ to an agent inbox and give an AI assistant a key that only opens that mailbox. It can summarize and star requests through the API or MCP, and your technicians make the decisions.
- List refill requests with the pet's name and medication for a tech to check
- Draft replies to new-client questions about services and hours for staff review
- Pull pet, owner and sending clinic out of incoming records requests

Common questions
Does HIPAA apply to veterinary records?
HIPAA covers human health information, so it generally doesn't apply to pet records, though your state may have its own rules about client records. FutureMail holds no compliance certifications, so check your local requirements.
Can we send vaccine reminders through FutureMail?
Not as a campaign. FutureMail has no built-in reminders. Staff can write an individual reminder and schedule it, and your own software could send individual transactional reminders through our API, but bulk reminder blasts aren't allowed.
We already have a .vet domain. Does that work?
Yes. Any domain you own works, whatever the ending and wherever you registered it. We generate the DNS records and show when each one is verified.
Can each vet have their own address?
Yes, as many as you like at no extra cost. Keep in mind that everyone invited to your workspace can see all of its mailboxes.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
