FutureMail

Privacy policy

Last updated October 5, 2026

FutureMail hosts email for you. This policy explains what we store, why, and who we share it with.

What we store

Your account details (name, login email, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile Google shares: your name, email address and profile picture). The email you send and receive through FutureMail, including attachments, and the settings you configure (domains, addresses, API keys, webhooks).

How we use it

Only to run the service: delivering, storing, searching and displaying your email, authenticating you, preventing abuse, and keeping usage within sending limits. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your email to train models.

Who processes it

Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES and S3) sends and receives mail on our behalf; Railway hosts the application and database; Clerk handles sign-in; Google provides "Sign in with Google" if you choose it. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

Retention and deletion

Your email stays until you delete it. Raw inbound messages held by our mail provider are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your account and all of its data at any time.
