Email for the business side of your dental practice
Supply orders, equipment service, insurance network paperwork, hygienist applications: a dental office runs on email that has nothing to do with patients. FutureMail puts it on your practice's domain in one inbox the team shares, while patient communication stays in your practice software.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for dentists
Use the domain you already have
Bring the domain your website runs on, from any registrar. FutureMail generates the DNS records with copy buttons and checks them live, so you or your web person can finish setup in one sitting.
The office team on the same page
Send orders@ and equipment@ into one shared mailbox. Threads keep each supplier's back-and-forth together, so nobody chases the same back-order twice.
Reply as the practice or as the dentist
Each address has its own display name. A purchase order goes out from "Brightside Dental", a note to a colleague from "Dr. Romero", both from the same inbox.
Supply orders with a paper trail
Route orders@ to its own mailbox. Give each supplier a plus address like orders+impressions@: it shows on every message they send, and a to: search pulls up their whole history.
Write at lunch, send at 8am
Save drafts between appointments and schedule replies to go out when the office opens, so suppliers and candidates hear from you at a sensible hour.
One price for the whole office
Hygienists, assistants, the office manager and every dentist share a flat $20/month. No per-seat charges as you add chairs.
Agent-ready
A first reader for supplier mail
Give an AI assistant its own inbox and a key scoped to just that mailbox. Over the API or MCP it can read supplier and vendor mail and prepare replies, while your team decides what actually gets sent. Keep patient mail away from it.
- Flag supplier emails that mention a back-order or price change
- Summarize hygienist and assistant applications for the office manager
- Pull order numbers and delivery dates out of supplier emails

Common questions
Can patients email us X-rays or treatment records?
No. FutureMail doesn't sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, so X-rays, charts and anything else tied to a patient, including appointment and billing details, belong in your practice software. Use FutureMail for suppliers, hiring, equipment and other business mail.
Can FutureMail send recall reminders for cleanings?
Not on its own. There's no built-in reminder feature or booking system, so keep recall reminders in your practice software.
Will our emails land in spam?
FutureMail sets up DKIM, SPF and DMARC for your domain, which are the records inbox providers check before trusting your mail. That gives your replies to suppliers, insurers and candidates the best chance of reaching the inbox.
Do we have to buy a domain from you?
No. We don't sell domains. Use the one you already own, wherever you registered it, or buy one from any registrar and connect it.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
