Club addresses that outlast every committee
Every season someone new takes over as secretary or treasurer, and the club's email shouldn't leave with the old one. On FutureMail, registrations@ and treasurer@ belong to the club: hand them over by changing who's on the team.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for sports clubs
Hand over in minutes at the AGM
When a new treasurer is elected, invite them and remove the outgoing one. treasurer@ keeps working with every past thread intact, and no passwords change hands.
Addresses are routes, not people
Point coaches@ and fixtures@ into one mailbox for the coaching staff and give registrations@ its own. Because an address is a route into a mailbox, the club never has to announce a new one when roles change.
No per-seat fees on a subs budget
Coaches, team managers and the fixtures secretary can all have access for one flat $20/month, which matters when the club runs on membership fees.
Find the referee's reply fast
Search by sender, subject, date or has:attachment to find last month's pitch booking or a parent's registration form without scrolling through the whole season.
An address per squad
Add u10s@ or veterans@ for each team manager, since addresses are unlimited. Plus-addressing such as registrations+summercamp@ shows which program each sign-up is for.
Taken seriously by the league
League officials and sponsors pay more attention to mail from the club's domain than from someone's personal account. FutureMail configures DKIM, SPF and DMARC so it lands in their inbox.
Agent-ready
Take the sign-up rush off the secretary
At the start of a season registrations@ fills up fast. Route it to an agent inbox and an AI agent you run, such as Claude over MCP, can read each message with a key limited to that mailbox and answer the routine ones.
- Reply with fees, training times and the kit list
- Pull player names and age groups into a list for coaches
- Star anything about payment problems for the treasurer

Common questions
What happens to the club email when our secretary steps down?
Nothing changes for the people writing in. Remove the old secretary from the workspace and invite the new one: secretary@ and its full history stay with the club.
Can we email a team's parents about a canceled game?
Yes. A coach writing to the families on their own team about a schedule change is ordinary group correspondence, with up to 50 recipients per message. Club-wide announcements, regular newsletters and mailouts to the whole membership are bulk email, which the Acceptable Use Policy doesn't allow, so use a dedicated mailing tool for those.
Can coaches read club mail in the Mail app on their phones?
No. FutureMail doesn't offer IMAP, POP or SMTP, so it won't work in phone mail apps. Coaches use the web inbox, which can be installed as an app from the browser.
Our domain came with the club website. Will it work?
Yes, if you can edit its DNS records. FutureMail works with a domain from any registrar and generates the exact records to add, then verifies them live.
Is it free for amateur clubs?
No. There's no free tier. Pro is $20/month flat for the whole club, with no charge per committee member or coach, and you can cancel anytime.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
