Every couple, vendor and venue in one organized inbox
A single wedding can mean forty vendor threads. FutureMail lets you give each event its own address on your domain, route them all into one shared mailbox, and find any confirmation in seconds when the florist asks what was agreed.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for event planners
An address for every event
Create harper-wedding@ or techsummit@ in seconds. Addresses and aliases are unlimited, so each event can have its own address and its own trail of email, and you can delete it once the thank-you notes are sent.
Prove what the caterer agreed to
Gmail-style search across every thread finds the quote with the final headcount, the venue's load-in time or the band's contract by sender, date or attachment.
Your coordinators see the whole picture
Invite day-of coordinators and assistants with their own logins. Everyone works from the same mailboxes, and the audit log shows who changed team or domain settings.
Reply as the right person
Each address carries its own display name, so mail from vendors@ can read as your operations team while client threads come from you. Every mailbox gets its own signature too.
Timed messages for the big week
Write the final-details email to the couple tonight and schedule it for Monday morning. Drafts hold your half-finished vendor notes until you're ready to send.
Busy season without seat fees
Bring on extra help for wedding season and remove them when it's over. FutureMail is $20/month flat, however many people you invite.
Agent-ready
An assistant for the vendor chase
Give an AI assistant its own inbox and a key scoped to that mailbox alone. Connected through the API or MCP, it can keep track of vendor replies and prepare summaries, leaving the decisions and the sending to you.
- List which vendors haven't confirmed arrival times for Saturday
- Extract dates, guest counts and budgets from new inquiries
- Draft follow-ups to vendors you're already working with, for your approval

Common questions
Should I really create an address for each event?
It's optional, but it keeps things tidy. Aliases like harper-wedding@ cost nothing extra and can all route into your main mailbox. If you'd rather not set anything up, plus-addressing works too: hello+harper@ arrives in the same inbox.
Does FutureMail have a calendar or planning timeline?
No. There's no calendar, docs or planning board. FutureMail is the email side: a fast shared inbox, scheduled send and search. Keep your timelines in the planning tool you already use.
Can my assistant see client emails?
Yes, if you invite them. Everyone in a workspace can see all of its mailboxes, so there are no hidden per-person inboxes. Roles control who can add domains, manage the team or change settings.
Can I email the whole guest list from FutureMail?
No. Writing to a large list at once counts as bulk email, which isn't allowed. Replying to individual guests who write to you is fine.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
