Photography email as polished as your portfolio
Couples and art directors judge you before they open a gallery. Reply from hello@ your studio's domain, keep every client conversation threaded from first inquiry to final delivery, and stop hunting through a personal inbox for that venue email.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for photographers
A first impression before the first photo
A photographer writing from their own domain looks booked and established. DKIM, SPF and DMARC are configured for you, so your quote doesn't vanish into a couple's spam folder.
Weddings and commercial under one roof
Run a wedding brand and a commercial brand on separate domains in one account. Each address has its own display name, so replies to an agency don't read like they came from your wedding studio.
The whole client story in one thread
From the first inquiry through the shot list, the timeline and the gallery link, the conversation stays threaded, so the note about which relatives to photograph together is easy to find on the morning of.
Edit at midnight, reply at nine
Answer inquiries during late editing sessions and schedule the replies for business hours. Drafts save as you go, so a half-written proposal is waiting when you sit back down.
Open client files with confidence
Couples send mood boards, venue PDFs and planner timelines from all over the place. Every attachment is virus-scanned before you open it.
Room for your second shooter
Invite a studio manager or associate to help with email. It's $20/month flat rather than per seat, and roles decide who can add domains or manage the team.
Agent-ready
An assistant that reads inquiries first
Give an AI assistant its own inbox, with an API key that can only reach that mailbox. Through the API, the CLI or MCP it can read inquiries and prepare drafts, and you decide what gets sent.
- Check each inquiry for the date, venue and package they asked about
- Draft a reply with your pricing guide link for you to personalize
- Summarize a long planner thread before the final walkthrough call

Common questions
Can I run two photography brands from one account?
Yes. Domains are unlimited, so a wedding brand and a commercial brand can each have their own addresses. Route them into separate mailboxes or one, and reply from whichever address the client wrote to.
Can I send full galleries by email?
Send a link from your gallery service instead. FutureMail handles everyday attachments like contracts and previews, but it isn't a file delivery service.
Does FutureMail include a booking calendar or contracts?
No. FutureMail is email: inbox, sending, search and signatures. Keep your client management tool for calendars, contracts and payments, and use FutureMail for the conversations around them.
Can I keep using Apple Mail on my laptop?
No. There's no IMAP, POP or SMTP access. You use the FutureMail web inbox, which you can install as an app from your browser and drive from the keyboard.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
