A proper inbox for your brand deals
Sponsors take you more seriously when your bio says partnerships@ your own domain. Every pitch lands in one fast inbox, the address it was sent to shows which platform it came from, and spam goes to its own folder.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for creators
Look like a business brands can book
A brand manager deciding between creators notices a custom domain. Replies from partnerships@ are authenticated with DKIM, SPF and DMARC, so your rate card doesn't vanish into their spam folder.
See where each sponsor found you
List partnerships+youtube@ on YouTube, partnerships+tiktok@ on TikTok and partnerships+twitch@ on Twitch. They all arrive in one inbox, and the address each pitch was sent to tells you which platform is bringing in the money.
Spam filtered, attachments scanned
Spam goes to its own folder and attachments are virus-scanned, which matters when fake sponsorship offers arrive with "contract" files attached.
Find the deal from last spring
Search by brand name, date or attachment to pull up an old contract, usage terms or the invoice you sent before a renewal call.
Bring your editor or manager in
Invite a manager or assistant to help with deals. There's no per-seat charge, so the whole team costs the same $20/month.
Reply as the channel or as you
Several addresses can feed one mailbox, and you choose which one you reply from, each with its own display name, so "Lowlight Partnerships" and "Jordan" can share an inbox.
Agent-ready
Let an assistant screen the pitches
Give an AI assistant its own inbox and a key scoped to just that mailbox. Connected over the API or MCP, it can read incoming sponsor email and hand you a short list worth answering.
- Tell real sponsorship offers apart from scams and low-effort spam
- Pull out the brand, budget, deliverables and deadline from each offer
- Draft a reply with your rate card for you to review before sending

Common questions
Can I send a newsletter to my fans?
No. Newsletters, fan mailing lists and promotional email aren't allowed on FutureMail. It's built for your business conversations with sponsors, collaborators and press.
How does plus-addressing work with sponsor tracking?
Anything after a plus sign is delivered to the same address, so partnerships+instagram@ reaches partnerships@. You see the full address in the inbox and can search for it, so you know which bio the sponsor read.
Is there a phone app for answering sponsors on the go?
There's no native iOS or Android app, and FutureMail doesn't work with phone mail apps. You can install the web inbox as an app from your browser.
Do I need to buy a domain from you?
No, and we don't sell them. Buy a domain anywhere you like, then add the DNS records FutureMail generates for you.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
