Guests, sponsors and listener mail for your show
A podcast runs on email: booking guests, closing sponsor reads and reading the mailbag. Give your show its own domain, a separate address for each, and one inbox you and your co-host both work from.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for podcasters
A show that sounds professional on paper too
When you invite a well-known guest, an email from guests@ your show's domain carries weight. It's authenticated with DKIM, SPF and DMARC, so it has the best chance of reaching them.
Co-hosts and producers included
Invite your co-host, editor and producer with no per-seat fee. Everyone sees which guests are booked and which sponsors are waiting on a reply.
A mailbag that's easy to read
Point mailbag@ at its own mailbox so listener questions don't get lost among guest pitches. Pick the best ones for the episode right from the inbox.
Sponsor paperwork in one place
Insertion orders, talking points and payment confirmations collect in sponsors@, so you can check what you promised before you record the read.
Know which episode they heard
Mention hello+ep42@ in a specific episode and that plus address shows on every email sent to it, so you can see which episodes prompt people to write in.
Book guests across time zones
Schedule invitations to arrive in a guest's morning, and give each mailbox its own signature with your show's link and recording setup.
Agent-ready
A producer's assistant for your inbox
Give an AI assistant its own inbox with a key that only works on that mailbox. Connected through MCP or the API, it can work through guest and listener mail while you edit episodes.
- Summarize the week's listener questions into a mailbag shortlist
- List guest pitches by topic and note which fit upcoming episodes
- Extract air dates, read length and talking points from sponsor emails

Common questions
Can I email my listeners when a new episode drops?
No. Episode announcements to a list count as bulk email, which our Acceptable Use Policy doesn't allow. You can reply to individual listeners as much as you like.
Can my co-host and I reply from the same address?
Yes. Invite them to your workspace and you can both reply from guests@ or sponsors@. Everyone in the workspace sees every mailbox, so you're always working from the same picture.
Can I run more than one show?
Yes. Domains and addresses are unlimited, so each show can have its own domain and set of addresses under the same $20/month plan.
Do I get a free trial?
No. FutureMail is a paid product with no free tier or trial. Pro is $20/month flat and you can cancel anytime.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
