Booking, press and management mail for your band
Promoters and venues book acts that look organized. Give your band booking@ and press@ on its own domain, let every member see the same inbox, and stop forwarding gig offers around the group chat.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for musicians
Look ready for bigger stages
A festival booker sees booking@thepaperlanterns.band and knows there's a real operation behind the music. Proper DKIM, SPF and DMARC mean your replies reach them.
The whole band, one price
Invite every member, your manager and your sound engineer. FutureMail doesn't charge per seat, so a five-piece pays the same $20/month as a solo artist.
No double-booked Saturdays
With one shared inbox for booking@, everyone sees which offers came in and which have already been answered, so two members don't accept two gigs on the same night.
Find the rider in seconds
Search by venue, promoter or date to pull up last tour's contract, the stage plot you sent or the fee you agreed.
Press mail kept apart
Interview requests and review copies go to press@, where they won't get buried under van rental quotes and equipment receipts.
Catch every misspelled address
Turn on catch-all so mail sent to bookings@ or info@ still reaches you, even if a promoter copied your address slightly wrong from a poster.
Agent-ready
A tour assistant for your inbox
Give an AI assistant its own inbox with a key that can only read and send from that mailbox. Through the API or MCP it can go through booking mail and prepare replies for the band to approve.
- Pull the venue, date, fee and capacity out of every gig offer
- Flag offers that clash with dates you've already confirmed
- Draft replies to promoters for your manager to check and send

Common questions
Can we email our fans about a new release or tour?
No. Fan mailing lists and promotional email aren't allowed on FutureMail. Use it for bookings, press and deals, and a newsletter service for your fans.
Can each band member have their own address?
Yes, addresses are unlimited. Keep in mind that everyone in your workspace can see every mailbox, which suits a band that shares everything but isn't a private inbox for each person.
Can we check booking mail from our phones on tour?
There's no native phone app and no support for phone mail apps. You can install the web inbox as an app from your browser.
We already have a domain for our website. Will it work?
Yes. Keep your domain wherever it's registered and add the DNS records FutureMail generates. We check them live so you know when mail will start arriving.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume? Email support@futuremail.dev.
