Keep party inquiries and suppliers out of your personal inbox
Most restaurants start with a free address the owner checks between shifts. FutureMail puts events@, catering@ and jobs@ on your own domain, in one inbox your managers share, so a buyout request doesn't sit unanswered until Monday.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for restaurants
Answer party inquiries before they book elsewhere
A group looking for a venue usually emails three places at once. With events@ and catering@ feeding one shared mailbox, whichever manager is on shift sees the request and replies from the right address.
Managers share the inbox, not a password
Invite your GM, chef and assistant managers with their own logins. Roles set who can change things, and the audit log records who added a domain or removed a teammate.
Staff turnover doesn't touch your bill
Restaurants hire and lose people all year. FutureMail is $20/month flat, so adding a new manager or removing one who left never changes the price.
Find the supplier email from March
Search by sender, date or attachment to pull up a price list, a short delivery or the menu you agreed for last year's holiday party.
Resumes and invoices opened safely
Strangers send resumes and new suppliers send PDFs. Every attachment is virus-scanned, and junk lands in a spam folder instead of the inbox your team works from.
Ready for a second location
Add an address for each location and route them however suits you. A catch-all means mail sent to an old or misspelled address still reaches someone.
Agent-ready
An assistant for the inquiries pile
Give an AI assistant its own inbox, with a key that can't reach any other mailbox. Connected over the API or MCP, it can read event and catering emails and get them ready for a manager to answer.
- Pull the date, headcount and budget out of each private event inquiry
- Draft replies with your event menus for a manager to review and send
- Summarize new job applications by role and availability

Common questions
Can guests book tables through FutureMail?
No. FutureMail is email only, not a reservation system. If guests email to book, those messages arrive in your shared inbox like any other, but keep using your reservation platform for the table plan.
Can I email our weekly specials to regulars?
No. Specials, newsletters and promotions sent to a list aren't allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy. Replying to individual guests, confirming catering orders and writing to suppliers are all fine.
Can each location have its own address?
Yes. Domains, addresses and aliases are unlimited. Give each location its own mailbox or send them all into one, and reply from whichever address the guest wrote to.
Does each manager pay separately?
No. The $20/month Pro plan covers the whole workspace with no per-seat pricing. Anyone you invite can see all of the workspace's mailboxes, so invite the people who handle email for the restaurant.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
