Customer email for your online store, from orders@ to returns@
Shoppers trust a store that writes from its own domain. FutureMail gives you support@, returns@ and orders@ in one inbox your team shares, and if you or your developer write code, the same account can send order confirmations through an API.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for online stores
One place for every customer question
Route support@, returns@ and orders@ into a shared mailbox. Threading keeps a shopper's order question, their return request and your replies together, and anyone on the team can answer from the address the customer wrote to.
Order emails from your own code
If your store runs on code you control, send confirmations and shipping notices through the REST API with templates, idempotency keys so a retry never sends twice, and a delivery timeline for each message. The API is Resend-compatible.
Know what happened to every message
Signed webhooks tell your system when an email is delivered, bounces or is opened. Hard bounces and spam complaints go on your suppression list, so you stop writing to addresses that don't want your mail.
Hard caps, never an overage bill
Pro is $20/month flat for up to 50,000 recipients a month. The cap is firm, so you're never charged extra for a busy month, and adding teammates costs nothing.
Safer attachments from strangers
Customers send photos of damaged parcels and screenshots of receipts. Every attachment is virus-scanned, and obvious junk goes to a spam folder.
Extra hands for the holiday rush
Invite seasonal support help with their own logins and the right role, then remove them in January. The audit log keeps a record of who joined and left.
Agent-ready
An assistant for the support queue
Give an AI assistant its own inbox, with an API key that can only use that mailbox. Through the API, the fm CLI or the MCP server it can read customer emails, pull out order details and prepare replies for your team to check before they go out.
- Extract the order number and reason from each return request
- Draft answers to "where is my order" emails for a person to approve
- Summarize the day's support email as returns, shipping and product questions

Common questions
Does FutureMail connect to Shopify?
There's no Shopify integration or app. You can use FutureMail as your store's support inbox whatever platform you sell on, and if you have a developer, they can send order emails from your store's code through our REST API and templates.
Can I send a sale announcement to my customer list?
No. Promotions, newsletters and other marketing email are against our Acceptable Use Policy. Use a dedicated marketing service for those, and FutureMail for support and order email.
How many order emails can I send?
Pro includes 50,000 recipients a month, with a hard cap so there are no overage charges. New accounts are limited to 1,000 recipients a day for their first 14 days. Received email doesn't count toward it.
Can my support helpers share one inbox?
Yes, with no per-seat cost. Everyone you invite can see all of the workspace's mailboxes, and roles control who can change domains, API keys and team settings.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
