Email for trainers and studios that looks the part
Whether you coach clients one-on-one or run a gym, yoga or pilates studio, your email should match the name on your door. FutureMail puts membership questions, class inquiries and brand partnerships on your own domain, in one inbox your team can share.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for personal trainers
An address that matches your brand
alex@summitstrengthstudio.com tells a prospective client you're running a business, and DKIM, SPF and DMARC help your replies land in their inbox rather than spam.
The front desk shares the load
Send memberships@ and classes@ into one shared mailbox so any staff member can answer a freeze request or waitlist question.
Instructors come and go, your bill doesn't
Seasonal instructors and part-time coaches join for free. Pro is $20/month for the whole studio, with no per-seat pricing.
See which channel brings inquiries
Use plus-addressing like hello+instagram@ in your bio and hello+flyer@ on posters. Everything lands in hello@, and the plus address on each message shows where the sender found you.
Check-ins that arrive on time
Write each client's weekly check-in on Sunday and schedule it for Monday morning, when they're planning their week.
Your client list stays private
FutureMail never sells your mail, never uses it for advertising and never uses it to train AI models.
Agent-ready
Let an assistant handle the inquiry pile
Give an AI assistant its own inbox, scoped by a key that can't see anything else. It can read new inquiries over the API or MCP and prepare replies for you or your front desk to send.
- Pick out trial-session and membership questions among partnership pitches
- Draft replies with class times and pricing for your front desk to approve
- Summarize each week's new inquiries by the channel they came from

Common questions
Can I email the new class schedule to all my members?
Not through FutureMail. Sending the same message to your whole member list counts as bulk email, which our Acceptable Use Policy doesn't allow. Use an email marketing service for announcements and FutureMail for conversations.
Does it connect to my booking or membership app?
There are no ready-made integrations with booking or membership tools. If you or a developer want to build something, FutureMail has a REST API, a CLI and an MCP server.
I train clients on my own. Do I need more than one address?
You don't have to, but addresses are unlimited and free, so many solo coaches add a couple, like hello@ for inquiries and their first name for existing clients, all in one inbox.
How much email can I send?
Pro includes 50,000 recipients a month with hard caps, so there are no overage charges. New accounts are limited to 1,000 recipients a day for the first 14 days. Mail you receive doesn't count toward the cap.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
