Email for physical therapy clinics, one location or five
Between back-to-back sessions, your team has minutes, not hours, for email. FutureMail puts billing, vendor and hiring mail for every clinic on your own domain in a fast inbox anyone covering the desk can pick up, while patient communication stays in your practice software.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for physical therapists
Every location in one account
Create addresses for each clinic, like eastside@ and downtown@, and route them to that site's team or into one central inbox. Addresses and domains are unlimited.
Cover for a therapist who's out
Shared mailboxes keep the full thread history, so whoever covers can see what was already said and reply without guessing.
Built for ten-minute gaps
Keyboard shortcuts let you archive, reply and move to the next thread without reaching for the mouse, which matters when the next session starts in ten minutes.
Search the way you do in Gmail
Find the treadmill service quote from March or last year's lease renewal by sender, subject or date in a few keystrokes.
Signatures for each location
Give each mailbox its own signature with the clinic's address and phone number, so vendors and candidates always know which location they're dealing with.
Aides and front desk included
Therapists, assistants, aides and reception all use the same $20/month plan. Adding a new hire never adds a seat fee.
Agent-ready
Give an assistant the routine mail
Set up an agent inbox for an address like jobs@ or operations@ and hand an AI assistant a key that can only reach that mailbox. It summarizes and drafts; your staff review and send. Keep patient mail away from it.
- Summarize job applicants' experience for the clinic director
- Draft replies to partner gyms and clubs for the clinic director to approve
- Gather equipment and vendor emails into one daily digest

Common questions
Can we email home exercise programs to patients?
No. Exercise programs are part of a patient's treatment, and FutureMail doesn't sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements. Deliver them, and any other patient communication, through your practice software or patient portal. Use FutureMail for vendors, hiring, partners and other business mail.
We have three clinics. Do we pay per location?
No. Pro is $20/month flat with unlimited domains, addresses and aliases, so three locations cost the same as one.
How long does setup take?
Adding your domain takes a few minutes. FutureMail generates the DNS records with copy buttons and verifies them live, so most of the wait is your DNS provider publishing the changes.
Is there a free trial?
No. There's no free tier or trial. Pro is $20/month and you can cancel anytime.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
