Email for your massage practice, on a name clients remember
Many massage therapists start out handing clients a personal email address. FutureMail gives your practice or studio its own, with separate addresses for bookings, gift cards and corporate work, all landing in one inbox.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for massage therapists
A business address for a one-person practice
Keep your personal inbox for friends and family. Clients get an address on your studio's domain that looks as considered as your treatment room.
Several addresses, one inbox
Working solo? Point book@, giftcards@ and corporate@ at a single mailbox. Each message shows which address it was sent to, so you know what kind of request it is before you reply.
Typos still find you
Turn on catch-all so a client who writes to bookings@ instead of book@ still reaches you rather than getting a bounce.
Reply after your last client
Answer the day's messages in the evening and schedule them for the morning. Half-finished replies wait as drafts.
A price that doesn't surprise you
$20/month flat, with hard caps instead of overage charges. If you hire another therapist or a receptionist, the price stays the same.
Opens like an app
Install the FutureMail web inbox from your browser so it sits on your desktop next to your other tools, one click away.
Agent-ready
Have an assistant tidy up between clients
Give an AI assistant its own inbox and a key that only opens it. It can read incoming requests through the API or MCP and prepare replies for you to check before anything goes out.
- Pick out gift card and corporate inquiries among booking requests
- Draft replies with your rates, hours and cancellation policy
- Pull the date, headcount and location out of corporate chair-massage requests

Common questions
Should clients send intake forms by email?
Better not. Intake forms usually include health history, and FutureMail doesn't sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements. Collect them through a tool built for health intake, and use FutureMail for booking questions, gift cards and everyday correspondence.
Does FutureMail include a booking calendar?
No. FutureMail is email only, with no calendar or booking system. Keep the booking tool you use now and let FutureMail handle the conversations around it.
Can I send a seasonal offer to my client list?
No. Promotions, newsletters and bulk email aren't allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy. FutureMail is for one-to-one and transactional email.
Is it worth it if I work on my own?
If you want a professional address on your own domain, yes: $20/month covers unlimited addresses, a catch-all, scheduled send and spam filtering. If you later add staff, they join at no extra cost.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume? Email support@futuremail.dev.
