Email for your salon, from walk-ins to bridal parties
Hair salons, barbershops, spas and nail studios juggle booking questions, bridal parties, product orders and stylist applications. FutureMail gives each its own address on your salon's domain and one inbox to keep up with it all.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for salons
A name that matches your storefront
An address on your salon's domain looks as polished as your front window. DKIM, SPF and DMARC are configured for you, so replies don't read as spam.
Bridal inquiries in their own lane
Wedding bookings involve long threads and inspiration photos. Give bridal@ its own mailbox so those conversations stay together, with attachments virus-scanned.
Product orders kept separate
Distributor invoices and shipping notices go to orders@, out of the way of client messages, and search pulls up last quarter's color order in seconds.
A signature that does some marketing
Each mailbox gets its own signature with your address, hours and social handle, so every reply points people back to the salon.
Junk stays out of the way
Salons attract a lot of unsolicited sales pitches. The spam folder catches the obvious ones so your team sees real client mail first.
Your whole staff, one flat price
$20/month with no per-seat pricing. Everyone you invite can see every mailbox in the workspace, so invite your team, not independent renters, if that matters to you.
Agent-ready
Let an assistant handle the back-and-forth
Give an AI assistant its own inbox and a key that only reaches that mailbox. Through the API or MCP it can read requests, pull out the details and draft replies for the owner to check.
- Pull the date, party size and services out of bridal inquiries
- Draft replies to booth rental and job inquiries for the owner to review
- List product order confirmations with expected delivery dates

Common questions
Can I send a holiday promotion to my clients?
No. Promotions and newsletters to a client list are bulk email, which our Acceptable Use Policy doesn't allow. FutureMail is for replying to clients and other individual messages.
Does FutureMail replace my booking software?
No. FutureMail has no booking system or calendar. Keep your booking tool for appointments and confirmations, and use FutureMail for the conversations that happen over email.
Can booth renters have addresses on our domain?
You can create as many addresses as you like. But anyone who reads mail has to be invited to your workspace, and everyone invited can see all of its mailboxes. If renters want private email, they're better off with their own account.
What does it cost?
Pro is $20/month flat for the whole salon, with unlimited addresses and no per-seat charges. There's no free trial, and you can cancel anytime.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
