Email for your nonprofit that doesn't charge per volunteer
Give your charity addresses people trust, like donations@ and volunteers@ on your own domain. Staff, board members and volunteers work from the same inboxes for one flat price, so taking on another helper never raises the bill.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for nonprofits
Volunteers don't cost extra
Invite your coordinator, treasurer and weekend volunteers to the workspace. Pro is $20/month for the whole organization, so a bigger team never means a bigger bill.
Donors can tell it's really you
A donation thank-you from a free webmail account can look like phishing. Mail from your own domain, signed with DKIM and backed by SPF and DMARC, earns more trust and is more likely to reach the inbox.
A shared inbox for each program
Route volunteers@ and events@ into one mailbox for your coordinators and keep donations@ in another for finance. Whoever is on shift can pick up a message and answer from the right address.
Handovers without shared passwords
When a volunteer moves on, remove them from the team. The address and its history stay with the organization, and the audit log records who changed workspace settings.
An address for every campaign
Addresses are unlimited, so gala@ or a new chapter's address takes a minute to set up. A catch-all picks up mail sent to old or misspelled addresses so supporters never hit a dead end.
Supporter mail stays yours
Your email is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. Attachments such as signed volunteer forms are scanned for viruses.
Agent-ready
Help for a stretched volunteer team
If you already use an AI assistant such as Claude, route volunteers@ to an agent inbox whose key reaches only that mailbox. Over MCP or the REST API it can read new messages and prepare replies for a coordinator to check.
- Draft answers to common questions about shift times and locations
- Group the week's volunteer sign-ups so a coordinator can confirm them
- Summarize grant correspondence before a board meeting

Common questions
Is there a nonprofit discount or free plan?
No. FutureMail is paid-only with no free tier or trial. Pro is a flat $20/month for the whole organization with no per-seat charges, so the price is the same whether five or fifty people help out.
Can a volunteer have our mail forwarded to their personal Gmail?
No. FutureMail doesn't forward to Gmail or other providers, and it doesn't offer IMAP or POP. Volunteers sign in to the web inbox instead, which also means messages stay with the organization when people leave.
Can each volunteer have a private mailbox?
Not within one workspace. Everyone you invite can see all of its mailboxes, which suits shared roles like volunteers@ and info@. Only invite people you're comfortable seeing the organization's mail.
Our domain came with our website builder. Can we use it?
Yes, as long as you can edit its DNS records. FutureMail works with a domain from any registrar: it generates the records with copy buttons and checks them live. We don't sell domains.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
