Church email your whole ministry team can share
Replace the church office's old webmail account with office@ on your own domain. Prayer requests, wedding inquiries and event questions arrive in inboxes that staff and trusted volunteers answer together.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for churches
Prayer requests reach the right people
Send prayer@ to a mailbox your prayer team watches, apart from office admin, so requests don't get buried under hall bookings and supplier invoices.
An address your congregation recognizes
Mail from office@ on your church's domain is easier to trust than a personal account. FutureMail sets up DKIM, SPF and DMARC so your replies reach inboxes instead of spam folders.
One price for staff and volunteers
Invite the administrator, associate pastor, youth leader and the volunteers who help in the office. The bill stays at $20/month no matter how many people you add.
Reply under the right name
Each address has its own display name, so a reply from events@ can read "Grace Hill Events" and one from office@ "Grace Hill Church Office". Each mailbox can carry its own signature with service times.
Send at a considerate hour
Answer a wedding inquiry late at night and schedule it for office hours, or line up a thank-you to a visiting speaker for Monday morning.
Find last year's arrangements
Gmail-style search pulls up last Easter's florist quote or the caterer for the harvest supper by sender, date or attachment.
Agent-ready
A careful helper for the church office
Route events@ to an agent inbox and an AI assistant you choose, such as Claude, can read it over MCP with a key that reaches nothing else. It handles routine logistics and leaves anything pastoral to people.
- Reply to questions about service times and parking
- Collect retreat sign-up details into one list for the organizer
- Star messages that mention illness or bereavement for the pastor

Common questions
Can we email the weekly bulletin to the congregation?
No. Bulletins and newsletters sent to a member list are bulk email, which the Acceptable Use Policy doesn't allow. Use FutureMail for the office's day-to-day correspondence and a newsletter service for the bulletin.
Can the pastor's mailbox be hidden from other staff?
No. Everyone invited to the church's workspace can see all of its mailboxes, including pastor@ and prayer@. Only invite people you trust with that mail.
Do we have to buy our domain from FutureMail?
No, and we don't sell domains. Use the domain you already have from any registrar. FutureMail shows the DNS records to add, with copy buttons, and confirms when they're live.
Is there special pricing for churches?
There's no free plan or church discount. Pro is $20/month flat for the whole church, however many staff and volunteers use it, and you can cancel anytime.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
