An email address that moves with you, not your brokerage
When your email lives on your brokerage's domain, it leaves when you do. Put it on a domain you own and your past clients can always reach you. FutureMail handles the inbox, the addresses and the deliverability for one flat price.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for real estate agents
Your name, your domain
Clients you helped five years ago still have your address. Because the domain belongs to you, switching brokerages doesn't mean telling everyone you've moved.
An address per listing
Create 118oak@ for a single property and a to: search shows every inquiry about it. Addresses are unlimited, so make one for each listing and retire it after closing.
Built for small teams
Route showings@ and offers@ into a shared mailbox for you, your buyer's agent and your transaction coordinator. Replies go out under each address's own display name.
Find the right counteroffer
Search by street address, sender or attachment to pull up the signed addendum from three weeks ago in a couple of keystrokes, with every reply grouped in its thread.
Send at the right moment
Write your follow-up to a seller after an evening of showings and schedule it for the morning, so it arrives when they're ready to read it.
One price for the team
Add your partners and assistants at no extra cost. Pro is $20/month for the whole team, with no per-seat charges.
Agent-ready
An assistant that keeps transactions moving
Give an AI assistant its own inbox, with a key scoped to just that mailbox. Over the API or MCP it can read incoming mail and prepare summaries and drafts that you approve.
- Pull price, contingencies and closing date from each offer
- List showing requests by property and requested time
- Draft replies to listing questions for you to edit and send

Common questions
Can I keep my email if I leave my brokerage?
Yes, as long as the domain is registered in your name. FutureMail works with a domain from any registrar; we don't sell domains, so you keep full control of it.
Can I send new listings to my whole contact list?
No. Bulk and marketing email, including listing announcements, isn't allowed. FutureMail is for individual conversations with clients, agents, lenders and title companies.
Will it work in the Mail app on my phone?
No. FutureMail doesn't support IMAP or SMTP, so phone mail apps can't connect. You use the web inbox, which you can install as an app from your browser.
Can my transaction coordinator use the same inbox?
Yes. Invite them to your workspace and they can read and reply from the shared mailbox. Everyone in a workspace can see all of its mailboxes.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
