FutureMail
FutureMail for contractors

Win more jobs with an email address that matches your truck

Homeowners comparing three quotes notice when one arrives from quotes@ your company's domain and the others come from free accounts. FutureMail gives your trade business that address, plus one inbox where the office and your crew leads see every job request.

Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for contractors

Quotes that look like they come from a real company

Customers usually ask several trades before choosing. A reply from your own domain, sent with DKIM, SPF and DMARC set up properly, reads as established and is far less likely to end up in a spam folder.

Job photos and plans in one thread

Customers send pictures of the leak, the panel or the site plan. Threading keeps every message about a job together, and each attachment is virus-scanned before you open it.

The office and the crew see the same requests

Route quotes@, office@ and info@ into one shared mailbox so whoever's free can answer. Owner, admin, developer and viewer roles decide who can change settings.

Add seasonal help without a bigger bill

FutureMail costs $20/month flat, not per user. Bring on an estimator for the spring rush and remove them in the fall without counting seats.

Dig up last year's approval in seconds

Gmail-style search by sender, date or attachment finds the supplier quote, the inspection notice or the customer's written go-ahead when a dispute comes up.

An address for every line of work

Addresses and aliases are unlimited: one for remodels, one for emergency callouts, one per crew. A catch-all collects mail sent to anything you didn't set up, like a misspelled name copied off a yard sign.

Agent-ready

Hand the paperwork to an assistant

Give an AI assistant its own inbox and an API key that only works for that mailbox. Through the API, the fm CLI or MCP, it can read incoming quote requests and lay out the details so you can price the job faster.

  • Pull the address, job type and timeline out of each quote request
  • Draft a reply asking for photos when a request arrives without them
  • List new supplier invoices and their totals for your bookkeeper

Common questions

Do I need to buy a new domain?

Not if you already have one for your website. FutureMail works with domains from any registrar. We generate the DNS records with copy buttons and check them live, so you can see when each one is working. We don't sell domains, so if you don't have one yet, buy it from a registrar first.

Can I check email from a job site?

Yes, through a web browser. There's no native iPhone or Android app, and phone mail apps can't connect because there's no IMAP. The FutureMail web inbox can be installed as an app from your browser.

Will my estimator and office manager each need a paid account?

No. You pay $20/month for the workspace and invite as many people as you need. Everyone you invite can see all of the workspace's mailboxes, so it suits a team that already shares the work.

Can I email all my past customers about a spring discount?

No. Promotions and bulk email aren't allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy. FutureMail is for replying to customers, sending quotes one at a time and handling day-to-day job email.

How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?

FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
