Studio email organized around your projects
A single project can bring weeks of mail from clients, engineers, contractors and the building department. FutureMail gives your studio a domain-based address for each role and a shared inbox where the whole team can follow every thread.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for architects
Track mail by project
Give contractors an address like rfi+riverside-library@. The plus address shows on every question for that job, and a to: search pulls them all up when the project gets busy.
The whole team on the thread
Route rfi@ and submittals@ into one mailbox so the project architect, the designer and the principal all see the same conversation and nobody answers twice.
Drawings checked on arrival
PDF sets, spec sheets and spreadsheets from consultants are virus-scanned before you open them, which helps when files pass through several firms.
Find a revision fast
Search by sender, project name, date or has:attachment to locate the structural engineer's revised sheet without scrolling through a month of replies.
A studio identity
Mail from your studio's domain, with a signature for each mailbox that carries your address and license number, looks the part in front of clients and planning officials.
Interns included
Add interns, drafters and part-time staff at no extra cost. Pro is $20/month for the whole studio, with no per-seat pricing.
Agent-ready
An assistant for the project inbox
Give an AI assistant its own inbox and a key that reaches only that mailbox. Through the API or MCP it can keep track of what's open, while your architects decide what goes back to the contractor.
- Summarize open RFIs and who is waiting on an answer
- Pull response deadlines from contractor emails
- Draft an acknowledgement for a new submittal, for review

Common questions
Can I use my studio's current domain?
Yes. Bring a domain you already own from any registrar. FutureMail generates the DNS records with copy buttons and verifies them as you add them.
Can project addresses be shared by several people?
Yes. Point as many addresses as you like into one shared mailbox, and anyone in the workspace can read and reply from it. Everyone in a workspace can see all of its mailboxes.
Does it include file sharing or a calendar?
No. FutureMail is email only, without a calendar, document storage or office suite.
Can I keep my old project emails?
FutureMail can't import mail from another provider, so older correspondence stays in your current account. New mail on your domain arrives in FutureMail once your MX record is live.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
