Every client domain, one workspace, one flat bill
Your agency launches sites for clients who then ask you to sort out their email too. FutureMail lets you add as many client domains as you like to one workspace, hand them DNS records to paste in, and manage it all with your team.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for agencies
Unlimited client domains
Add your own domain and every client domain you manage to the same workspace. There's no per-domain fee, so taking on another client's email doesn't change your bill.
DNS records you can hand off
FutureMail generates each domain's records with copy buttons and verifies them live, so you can paste them yourself or send them to a client's IT person and watch them go green.
Roles for the whole team
Give account managers, designers and developers the owner, admin, developer or viewer role that fits. The audit log records changes such as new domains and invitations.
No per-seat pricing
Freelancers and new hires join without raising your costs. Pro is $20/month flat for the workspace, with hard caps instead of overage charges.
Transactional email from client sites
Your developers can send contact form and order notifications through the REST API with templates, signed webhooks and a delivery timeline for every message.
A support inbox clients can find
Point support@ and maintenance@ at one shared mailbox so client requests get picked up by whoever is free, with threading that keeps each request together.
Agent-ready
An assistant for client requests
Give an AI assistant its own inbox, with an API key that can only open that mailbox. Connected through the REST API, the fm CLI or MCP, it can triage the support queue and prepare drafts your team reviews.
- List incoming requests by client and star urgent ones
- Summarize a week of feedback on a site redesign
- Draft a reply confirming a fix, for an account manager to send

Common questions
Can my clients log in to read their own email?
They can if you invite them, but anyone in a workspace sees all of its mailboxes, including other clients' mail. There are no restricted sub-accounts, so many agencies keep client email managed by their own team.
Can I bill clients for email through FutureMail?
No. There's no client billing, reselling or white-labeling. You pay one $20/month subscription, and how you charge clients is up to you.
Is there a limit on how many domains I can add?
No. Domains, addresses and aliases are unlimited. Sending is capped at 50,000 recipients a month across the workspace, and mail you receive doesn't count toward it.
Do clients need to move their domain to a new registrar?
No. Domains stay wherever they're registered. You only add the DNS records FutureMail generates.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
