Email that makes a one-person consultancy look established
Clients notice when a proposal arrives from a free webmail address. FutureMail puts you on your own domain, lets you add a second brand or a personal domain alongside it, and keeps every client conversation in one quick inbox.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for consultants
Every brand in one place
Run your consultancy, a workshop series and your personal name domain from one account. Domains are unlimited, so a new side practice doesn't need a new subscription.
Pick the address you reply from
Route several addresses into one mailbox and choose which one each reply comes from, with its own display name. Clients see Northfield Advisory, workshop attendees see the workshop.
Respect your clients' time zones
Finish a status update at midnight and schedule it to arrive at 9am in your client's city, so it's at the top of their inbox when they sit down.
Room for associates
When you bring in a subcontractor for a project, invite them to the workspace at no extra cost. Roles and an audit log keep it clear who has access.
Find the old proposal
Search across every brand at once by client, subject or attachment to find the scope document you sent last spring.
Yours to leave
There's no contract: cancel anytime and export your account. Your mail is never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI models.
Agent-ready
An assistant that preps you for every call
Give an AI assistant its own inbox with a key limited to that one mailbox. Using the API or MCP from tools like Claude or Cursor, it can read long threads and get you ready, while you write and send the replies.
- Summarize a long client thread before your next call
- Pull action items and deadlines out of meeting follow-ups
- Draft a reply to a speaking inquiry for you to finish

Common questions
Can I use FutureMail for outbound prospecting?
No. Cold outreach and bulk email are against our Acceptable Use Policy. Use it for replies, proposals, project updates and invoices.
Can I host two business domains on one plan?
Yes. Domains, addresses and aliases are unlimited on Pro, all for $20/month.
Does it include a calendar for booking calls?
No. FutureMail is email only, with no calendar, documents or office suite. Keep using your existing scheduling tool.
Can I check mail on the road?
Yes, in the web inbox from any browser, and you can install it as an app. There's no IMAP or SMTP, so other mail apps can't connect to it.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
