Why FutureMail works for cleaning and home services

Trust starts before the first visit

A free email address can feel risky to someone deciding who gets their door code. Your own domain, with DKIM, SPF and DMARC set up correctly, looks like a real company and keeps your replies out of spam.

Whoever's in the office can answer

Send quotes@, clients@ and office@ into one shared mailbox. Your office manager, your business partner or you between jobs can all see what's waiting and reply from the right address.

Remember what each client asked for

Search past threads by name, street or a word like "pets" to find a request a client made months ago, before the crew heads out.

Two people or ten, same price

Give your office manager and crew leads their own logins without paying per person. The bill stays at $20/month however many of you use it.

Follow up at the right moment

Send a quote at night and schedule the check-in for two days later, or write tomorrow's confirmations now and have them go out first thing in the morning.

Room to add services and towns

Add an address for each service line or area you cover. Domains, addresses and aliases are unlimited, and a catch-all picks up mail sent to anything you haven't created yet.

Agent-ready

Turn quote emails into ready-to-price jobs

Give an AI assistant its own inbox with a key that can only open that one mailbox. Over the API or MCP it can read new requests and organize the details, so you price jobs faster and reply sooner.

  • Pull home size, visit frequency and address out of each quote request
  • Draft a reply asking for photos of the rooms or yard when they're missing
  • Summarize reschedule requests each morning for the office

Common questions

Can FutureMail schedule my cleaners or send invoices?

No. It's email only, with no calendar, dispatch or invoicing. Keep your scheduling and billing software, and use FutureMail for conversations with clients, applicants and suppliers.

Can I send a spring promotion to past clients?

No. Promotions and bulk email aren't allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy. Individual emails to clients, like quotes, confirmations and follow-ups, are what FutureMail is for.

I already have a website. Can I use the same domain?

Yes. Use the domain you already own, from any registrar. FutureMail shows you the DNS records to add, with copy buttons, and verifies them live. The records are for email, so your website stays where it is.

Can each crew lead have their own address?

Yes, addresses are unlimited. Keep in mind that everyone invited to your workspace can see all of its mailboxes, so personal addresses work best for people who already share the workload.

How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?

FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
