One inbox for quotes, claims and certificate requests
Clients, carriers and underwriters all email you, and they expect a reply from your agency, not a personal Gmail account. FutureMail gives an independent agency a professional address for each kind of request and a shared inbox your service team can work from.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for insurance agents
Claims don't wait for one person
Send claims@ into a mailbox the whole office can see. If a client reports a loss while the producer is at a lunch meeting, a CSR picks it up right away.
A dedicated COI address
Contractors and landlords ask for certificates constantly. Give them coi@ so those requests stop burying quote and claim mail, and search by insured name when one is missing.
Safer attachments
Claim photos, loss runs and signed applications are scanned for viruses on arrival, which matters when you open files from people you've never dealt with.
Look up any policy thread
Search by policy number, carrier, sender or date range to find the endorsement request or the underwriter's question from last renewal.
Reply as the right desk
Each address can carry its own display name, so a reply from claims@ reads as Keystone Claims, while one from your own address carries your name and license details in your signature.
Add CSRs without new charges
Producers, account managers and part-time help all join at no extra cost. Pro stays $20/month as the agency grows.
Agent-ready
Let an assistant handle the first read
Give an AI assistant its own inbox and a key that only opens that mailbox. Through the REST API or MCP it can read incoming requests and prepare the details your team needs, while a person sends the reply.
- Extract policy number, date of loss and contact details from new claims
- Point out certificate requests that landed in quote or service mail
- Draft a reply asking for missing details on a quote request, for review

Common questions
Can I email renewal reminders to all my clients at once?
No. Bulk mailings aren't permitted. You can write and send individual renewal notes, and schedule them to go out at a convenient time.
Does FutureMail connect to my agency management system?
Not out of the box. There are no built-in integrations, though a developer can use the REST API and signed webhooks to build a connection.
Do I need to buy a new domain?
No. Use the domain you already own from any registrar. FutureMail generates the DNS records with copy buttons and checks them live as you add them.
Is there a free trial?
No. FutureMail is a paid service at $20/month flat. You can cancel anytime, and your plan has hard limits rather than surprise overage charges.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
