FutureMail
FutureMail for personal email

An email address you'll never have to change again

Your name is your professional identity. Put your email on a domain you control, like you@yourname.com, for job applications, side projects and freelance work, and it stays yours no matter which company you buy email from.

Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for personal email

Own the address, not just the inbox

The domain is yours, registered wherever you like. If you ever leave FutureMail, export your account and point your domain somewhere else. Your address goes with you.

Find out who leaked your email

Sign up as leo+streamco@ or leo+airline@. If spam starts arriving at one of those, you know exactly which company shared or lost your address.

A catch-all for everything else

Turn on catch-all and make up an address on the spot, like pizzaplace@ or conference2026@, without setting it up first. It lands in your inbox anyway.

You're the customer, not the product

You pay $20/month and that's the business. No ads, your mail is never sold, and it's never used to train AI models.

Spam and attachments handled

Junk goes to a spam folder, and every attachment is virus-scanned before you open it.

An inbox that feels fast

Keyboard shortcuts, threaded conversations and Gmail-style search, in a web inbox you can install as an app from your browser.

Agent-ready

A helper for the boring signups

Give an AI assistant its own inbox with a key that only opens that mailbox. Connected over MCP, it can wait for a verification email and pull out the code or link, so it can finish sign-ups for you.

  • Grab one-time codes and confirmation links when your assistant signs up for something
  • Summarize receipts for the tools you pay for into a monthly list
  • Flag recruiter and client emails that need a reply

Common questions

Can I forward everything to my Gmail?

No. FutureMail doesn't forward to other providers. You read your mail in the FutureMail web inbox, which you can install as an app from your browser.

Can I bring my old emails with me?

No. FutureMail doesn't import mail from other services, so you start fresh. You can keep your old account around for its history while new mail goes to your own address.

What happens to my address if I stop paying?

The domain is still yours, because you registered it, not us. You can export your account, then point the domain at another email provider and keep using the same address.

Isn't $20 a month a lot for one person?

It's more than free webmail, and that's the point: you're paying for email with no ads and no data mining. The same plan covers unlimited domains and addresses, so your side projects can share it.

How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?

FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
