Law firm email that matches the name on your letterhead
Clients, opposing counsel and court clerks should see your firm's domain, not a free webmail address. FutureMail gives a solo practice or small firm a proper intake inbox, an address for every attorney and one predictable bill.
Works with a domain you already own. One price for your whole team.

Why FutureMail works for lawyers
Credibility with every email
A message from your firm's domain reads as a real practice to prospective clients and opposing counsel. DKIM, SPF and DMARC are configured for you, so filing confirmations and client updates don't get filtered as spam.
Intake the whole office can see
Route intake@ and office@ into one mailbox that your paralegal and attorneys all watch. A potential client who writes in on Friday evening is seen by whoever opens the inbox first.
Require TLS on outgoing mail
Turn on required TLS for your domain so outbound mail is only delivered over an encrypted connection, never in plain text across the internet.
Attachments scanned for viruses
Strangers send you PDFs and Word files every week. Each attachment is virus-scanned on arrival, which matters when a new inquiry arrives with a document you didn't ask for.
Track mail by matter
Give each matter a plus address like docs+harmon-estate@. It shows on every message, a to: search pulls up the whole matter, and sender, date or attachment searches find a specific letter years later.
A flat price for the whole firm
Pro is $20/month whether you're a solo attorney or a firm with associates, paralegals and a receptionist. Adding an of-counsel attorney doesn't add a line to your bill.
Agent-ready
A supervised assistant for the intake inbox
Give an AI assistant its own inbox with an API key limited to that one mailbox. It can read through the REST API or MCP and prepare work for a person on your team to review before anything is sent.
- List new inquiries by practice area and star urgent ones
- Draft a polite acknowledgement for an attorney to approve
- List hearing dates mentioned in the week's notices for a paralegal to check

Common questions
Is client email encrypted?
Mail travels over TLS whenever the other server supports it, and you can require TLS for your domain's outgoing mail so it is never sent unencrypted. FutureMail is not end-to-end encrypted. Your mail is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models.
Can each partner have a private mailbox?
Not within one workspace. Everyone you invite to a workspace can see all of its mailboxes. That suits firms where staff share the load, but if partners need mail that colleagues can't open, FutureMail isn't the right fit today.
Can I bring over my old email?
No. FutureMail doesn't import mail from other providers. Keep your old account for past correspondence and start fresh on your domain.
Can I keep using Outlook?
No. There's no IMAP, POP or SMTP access, so desktop and phone mail apps can't connect. You use the FutureMail web inbox, which can be installed as an app from your browser.
How much does FutureMail cost? Is there a free plan?
FutureMail is paid-only: Pro is $20/month and includes 50,000 recipients a month, unlimited domains and addresses, agent inboxes, the API and MCP server. There is no free tier or trial. Limits are hard caps, so there are never overage charges and no per-seat pricing. Charged in USD; Stripe may show your local currency and add applicable tax. Need more volume?
